Last Saturday 28/04/2024 an air quality measurement campaign took place in the town of Calamocha in Teruel, where thirty young people and children had the opportunity to try out the project’s technology.

This campaign took place within the framework of the citizen science event #SERVET, where more than 200 young people and 18 schools from all over Spain participated.

Taking advantage of the citizen science day of the #SERVET project, the SOCIO-BEE pilot activities in Zaragoza planned an air quality measurement campaign with 30 participants, including children and young people, who were able to use our project’s technology – sensor, mobile app and online platform – to measure air quality in the vicinity of the site where the event took place.

Students and teachers from schools in different parts of Spain participated in this activity and were satisfied with the possibilities that our technology allows them to carry out.
